Returns Policy

Media Imports, Inc. quality control staff inspects each item prior to shipping to insure all products are of high quality and defect free.

If you receive merchandise that does not meet your expectations, Media Imports, Inc. gives you the option to return it for a full refund within 7 days.  Products are also accepted for credit or exchange within 21 days.

All returned products must be unused, unaltered and in sellable condition (with the original Media Imports, Inc. tag attached and not tampered with) and accompanied by a return authorization number.

All items that are defective or damaged in transit must be reported within 3 days of receipt of shipment.

*Media Imports, Inc. will refuse all packages without a visible Return Authorization.

Media Imports, Inc. will process your return within 10 business days.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the USA & Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
